Screening Logistics

  • Permits! If you are hosting a screening in an area which requires permits, please, start applying for permits as soon as possible. Permits can take a very long time to acquire.

  • Venues! Sometimes you may need a bigger location to house more people! (This is what we hope for!) Always have a different venue is a back-up just in case!

  • Projectors and players. Whether you’re hosting your screening at a community center, church, synagogue, mosque or school, be sure they have the proper equipment, and be sure it works.

  • Have fun! Be creative! These screenings are not just organized to show the Wal-mart movie, but a place where people can gather, organize, and meet others in their community who feel the same way. So have fun, bring out drinks and foods and make it enjoyable for everyone!
