Everything is here to help make your screening a success.... EXCEPT the DVD or VHS copy of the film. If you don't already have one, you can click on the button below to buy one.
Here are a variety of materials to help with your screening:
- Sign-in sheets for people to, well, sign in, when they get to your screening. This is very important -- it gives both you and the folks at Brave New Films the opportunity to follow-up with the people after the screening and encourage them to get involved in the campaign or answer any questions. Encourage people to sign-in, but don’t force them. It’s still definitely more important that they see the movie! Mail them back to us at WalmartMovie.com, 10573 W. Pico Blvd. #285, Los Angeles, CA 90064
- Action items. After viewing and discussing the film, many people will want to find out how they can become actively involved, and will want to know how they can help. These items provide the initial steps in taking action against Wal-Mart
- Posters to display at your screening. You can buy these online, or print out your own.
- A press release template is now available for you to customize. In order to generate more buzz about the film, contacting your local newspaper or press is a great way to draw people to the event. There is also a flyer template to customize and hand out.
- A letter from Robert Greenwald to screening hosts.
- Discussions. If you are interested in a discussion afterward, our friends at Reclaim Democracy provide a provocative guide that can help get the conversation started.
- Legislative Action supplemental materials:
An introduction from MoveOn.org and Wal-Mart Watch and
a Sign-on Letter for your screening.
- Wal-Mart Watch fact sheets in PDF: Discrimination, Environment, Expansion, Health Care, Local Economies, Women, Workers.
- Wal-Mart Watch fact sheets in Spanish PDFs: Discriminacion, Wal-Mart Y La Mujer, Trabajadores.
- And there are a variety of materials on the right to help with promotions.
