All orders go to our fulfillment house to be shipped out immediately. Changes cannot be made after your order is placed.

Please include all relevant information to solving your problem in the email. This includes your BNF confirmation number, mailing address, contact number, and the nature of your problem.

If you encounter the following problems:

• dvd does not play
• dvd case is empty
• dvd chapters freeze
• dvd does not arrive within the expected time frame (as noted during the shipping checkout)

Please email us putting "DVD PROBLEM" in the subject line and include your mailing address in the body of the email. We will send you out a replacement right away, but be aware that we are giving priority to those hosting screenings next week.
