You can use this flyer template (Word document) as a flyer template to help promote your screening. You only need to fill in where and when the hosting will take place.

We need your help in getting the contact info of the folks who show up at your screening. This is a sign-in sheet (Word document) you can print as many copies of as you need to fill up with the names and emails of the folks who come to the screening. When the screening is over, people are going to want to know what they can DO- and we want to be able to get in touch with them in order to answer that question. Assuming you got a screening kit, there is a postage paid envelope in there to send them back to us.
