Laurie Levit, Producer of parody commercials

Laurie Levit
is an independent producer and television writer. Laurie spent many years as a high-powered studio executive at Disney, Columbia and Republic Pictures. She has Executive Produced several award-winning television movies and miniseries with many celebrities.

Most recently, Laurie has been a full-time mom and part time activist. Lured from incessant carpool driving and classroom volunteering by her longtime friend and colleague, Robert Greenwald, she has spent the last few months begging favors from her old friends to help create and produce the Not an Actual Wal-Mart Commercial parodies.

She can now be found again, in her Volvo, cruising soccer fields and arguing over radio stations.
